For the use of the myMSC.com portal, which is accessible through msc.com, we will collect your email address, first name, last name, telephone number, company name, street, city, country, and (optionally) state/region, postal code and fax number. Through this portal you may conduct bookings, request quotes, VGM and submit shipping instructions. These details may require details such as shipper, consignee, notify parties, invoice company, responsible party, signature and forwarder which may contain Personal Information.
Through our Website, you may conduct tracking, VSA, ISF and request shipping schedules, again, depending on your request, this may include Personal Information.
Should these functions not work, we make “user forms” available, (namely for tracking, searches on schedules, VSA, ISF, bookings, quotes, VGM and shipping instructions). In this instance, we will request your email address, first name, last name, telephone number, company name, country, and then depending on the form you fill in and the nature of your search, we may additionally request details on the shipper, consignee, notify parties, invoice company, responsible party, signature and forwarder which may contain Personal Information. When using these user forms, your IP address may be processed by us.
